Rebecca Dalley Professional: Rebecca Dalley has been a certified fitness professional since 1998. She currently holds certifications through these agencies: the American Council on Exercise & the American College of Sports Medicine as a certified Personal Trainer, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Aquatic Exercise Association, the Nia Technique, Spinning, Balletone, Core Reebok, Yoga- Fit, Poolates, Drums Alive, and Power Pilates. She continues to be a dynamic personal trainer and fitness instructor at Red Mountain Spa.With three children at home, Rebecca understands the importance of finding time to work out and balancing family time. Mixing up her workout routines is one way she keeps in shape without overdoing it. She has come to hate the saying, "no pain, no gain" and has adopted a more gentle regimen focusing on the body and sensory awareness while exercising and knowing when enough is enough. Rebecca believes that fitness training should be systemic; incorporating the whole body rather than breaking it up piece by piece. She also believes in strengthening oneself from the inside/out incorporating the mind, body, emotions, and uniqueness of each individual. |
Tina Wolfe Professional: Tina is the former Fitness Manager of Red Mountain Spa. For over eight years, she has continued to be one of the most versatile fitness instructors at Red Mountain Spa. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise, the Nia Technique, Power Pilates, Physical Mind Institute Pilates, Polestar Education Pilates Studio certification, the Aquatic Exercise Association, Spinning, Core Reebok, Drums Alive, New York City Ballet Workout & Balletone. Tina is also trained in Resist-a-Ball, the Chi-Ball Method & Yoga on the Ball.Personal: For over 11 years now, Tina is married to co-host Jay. She is the mother of two year old Zackary Zion. She loves dancing, hence Nia is her favorite class to teach. As Tina's life priorities have shifted in the last two years, she has gone from spending two hours a day working out to a new understanding. Maintaining the health of your body is important, but it is one of the aspects of your being. Now, her daily brisk stroll with her family replaces the need for the appearance of a perfect body. Being aware, strong and living healthy compliments playing with her husband and two year old as her balanced lifestyle. |
