What is My Fitness Partner?
My Fitness Partner is the evolution of fitness.  A continual stream of new workouts for your Body & Mind are filmed, edited and available to assist you living a healthy life. It is an easy-to-use computer program that allows you to build customized workouts depending on your mood and available time. 

My Fitness Partner was created by trusted health, fitness and personal growth professionals.  As powerful as it is, it could conceivably become the most used workout tool at your disposal. If you find yourself ill at ease working out at the gym, trying to remember proper technique, repitition count and what workout you're doing that day, this will change your life. All the words, all the pictures, all the key points, all the information is right there.  Choose the workouts you want to do, and do it in the comfort of your own home.

How does My Fitness Partner work?
My Fitness Partner is software for your PC. You install it on your computer and at the end of the installation process, which is very easy to follow, there will be a My Fitness Partner icon on your desktop. Double click on this icon to launch the program, and you're ready to start.

You'll see there are 3 options to choose from on the first screen. All you have to do is click on "Lets Workout" and you're ready to begin. Next you will be taken through a step by step questionaire. The questionarie will automatically select the workout that best fits the answers that you used in the previous questionnaire.

Will this work on any computer?
My Fitness Partner System Requirements:

  • Microsoft® Windows XP Professional or Home Edition
  • Intel® Pentium® processor(or equivalent)
  • Flash Player 7.0 or higher
  • 128MB RAM or higher
  • Minimum of 500 MB free hard drive space
  • Internet connection (high speed preferable)

My Fitness Partner does not run on any MAC OS


What if I have more than one computer ... will I need to license two copies?
No. Each copy of My Fitness Partner has a serial number affixed to the inside of the CD case. This serial number will allow you to install My Fitness Partner on two (2) computers. This way, if you have a desktop system in your home office and a laptop that you use on the road, you may install My Fitness Partner on both computers.

What if I need to reinstall My Fitness Partner on one of my computers?
My Fitness Partner's installer will read your computer's unique machine ID number and that number will be permanently associated with your serial number. If you need to reinstall My Fitness Partner on your computer, you will simply do so using the same serial number you used to install it the first time.

What if I purchase a new computer?
If you purchase a new computer, you will not be able to use the serial number you used on your old computer. Please contact our tech support to discuss the matter with them. We will do whatever is necessary to get you back on My Fitness Partner as quickly as possible.

Can I register my My Fitness Partner cd on a second computer with different contact information?
No. Each copy of My Fitness Partner has its own serial number. Only one set of contact of information can be associated with each serial number.

Why did I get the same segment twice in my workout?
First try going to updates and downloading all personal training segments available. If you are doing 45 minute workout and have a narrow.... I.e. core, no-equipment it may be that not enough segments are available at this time that fit that exact criteria. try adding another piece of equipment. Also a note, when you choose upper body, it will also pull from the core library.
